Music List

I love to lose myself in the music, because sometimes it provides a true reflection of what I’m feeling and distracts me from doing something I’ll regret later. Here is a list of songs written about Bipolar Disorder. I will also be adding songs which are not in any way related to Bipolar Disorder but offer encouragement and inspiration to the listener:

  • “Avalanche” by Leonard Cohen
  • “The Becoming”, “Down in It” and “Hurt” by Nine Inch Nails
